We've possibly been having too much fun in the summer and so have been a little quiet on the Griddle blog front; trips to Ibiza, Wales, Norfolk, Cambridge, Newquay have kept us busy. There's been some amazing food (Norfolk
www.morstonhall.com, our summer Griddle nights) and some not so good (who thought an Ibizan Moroccan was a good idea?)
But we are now back in business... and glad to be busy (though planning for a BBQ for 50 very hungry people has been challenging, but fun coming up with new ideas for sausage and burger orientated people, they will eat from my posh kebab station, oh yes, they will).
